My first visit away from my regular GP, as she was booked out for weeks. Was relieved to have been seen, at short notice, by a GP, one could describe as a wonderful person. Thank you very much Dr. GS.

The doctor I seen was very caring and polite, he was able to help assist my need and answer any questions I had, he also researched to support his advice/theories. I had my appointment and seen the doctor within 5 minutes of the appointment time. Overall I was pleased and will go back in the future if required. Well done guys

Callous and unhelpful receptionist! My son received emergency assistance and excellent care from the doctor last year. After one year, more expensive tests and after-care is required now. Yesterday, I went to get Medical Practitioners Statement in order to claim insurance. The receptionist acted as if she hasn't heard about such a statement. Then she checked records to confirm my son getting the service. But she said that as the previous doctor no longer works there, it cannot be given. According to her, the next step would be to book an appointment with an existing doctor by paying 70 odd dollars., however, it is not guaranteed that the doctor would write the statement. It was like I could gamble and hope to be lucky. The doctor's statement is the basic document needed for the insurance company to cover the costs for x-rays, ultra sounds and the specialist appointments. Positive, helpful and humane approach is what we expect from Medical centres not stumbling blocks and lame excuses.

My son was sent to this practice by his GP to get an urgent X-ray and for a Dr to make a decision regarding his shoulder (possible relocation) He had the X-ray, never saw a Dr. Only a nurse practitioner who had no idea what was going on, mentioned a number of problems that it could be and then was insistent that a appointment is made with your specialists. My son after his experience refused this appointment. He was handed an invoice of $137.00 which is absolutely ridiculous seeing that he never saw a Dr and was given absolutely no further information regarding his injury. If we had known that this would be the extent of care he would have received we would have waited for today for him to have an X-ray. The only concern your nurse practitioner had was to get another appointment booked. We are horrified that we have to pay this amount and walked away with no more information that when he walked in. Not even the GP he saw prior charged this amount of money for a consultation. Will not return to this practice at all.

Just seen Dr Ufaq Qazi, I was in a very vulnerable state due to mental health issues flaring up. He was the most compassionate and kind doctor I have ever been to and I cannot thank him enough for his kindness. Highly recommend and so thankful.

I was injured in an incident and needed urgent care but as it wasn't life threatening I went to St John in Cockburn. The receptionist was lovely & between nurse Colleen and Dr Fontana the treatment received was fantastic. In and out in about an hour. Worth the $$ and not having an 8 hr + wait at the hospital.

I presented to the urgent care clinic and I couldn’t have asked for a more well oiled mob of people Everyone was so lovely and caring nothing was to much and the nurse I had she was amazing she was straight onto everything and every test that needed always popping in to check on me Awesome place will be using it again for sure ❤️❤️❤️

This is the second time I have had the need to Visit St John Emergency practice at Cockburn and both times I have been treated urgently and with the greatest care. I would not hesitate in recommending St John Emergency practice. The staff are all very professional and supply the greatest of care. Many thanks to the whole team.
